Tiramisu

5 Egg yolks
500gr Granulated Sugar
3/4 cup Coffee+ a bit of milk
500gr Mascarpone
24(approximately) giant Italian Ladyfingers
Chocolate finely chopped

Time: 24 hours
Serves: 5
Tiramisu Recipe Instructions:
Beat egg yolks in a bowl with sugar until light and homogeneous about 4 min.
Mix Coffee and Milk. Transfer to double boiler over gently simmering water.
whisk for about 6 minutes or until thickened. Let cool. (This step can also be skipped).
Mix cheese until smooth then fold in egg mixture. (you can test it is delicious ihih)
Arrange half of the ladyfingers glass baking dish then brush with half of the coffee mixture.
Spread with half of the cream mixture.
Repeat layers. Top with chocolate.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
