Main Duties and Responsibilities

The client service executive will be part of the account teams responsible for all quote and project

coordination. The main responsibilities of the role are to provide costings, production steering, consultancy

and coordination for online access panel projects. The client service team also works together with the

already existing Asian and American panels to provide enormous opportunities for worldwide online access

panel research. This is an important role within the global market research group in a strategically important

area.

The role would ideally suit someone with a client service mentality. Market research or online panel

experience is not required although some understanding of the issues of international co-ordination and

market research would be very useful. Training on market research and online panels will be provided.
